Talon Tales – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Talon Tales! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and bookings, so please read them carefully. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- Booking Method: Appointments can be made online, via text, or by phone. Walk-ins are not accepted due to our home-based setup.
- Confirmation: Once your booking is accepted, you'll receive a confirmation via text or email.
- Inspiration Pictures: If you have a specific nail design in mind, you can upload your inspiration photo directly while booking through our website. This helps us prepare in advance to bring your vision to life.
- Arrive Early: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for setup and consultation.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- You show signs of illness (e.g., cold, flu, nail infections)
- You are disrespectful or abusive
- Policies are not being followed
Services & Pricing
- Descriptions: We aim to keep service descriptions accurate and up-to-date. Slight variations may occur based on individual needs.
- Pricing: Prices may change over time. However, the price quoted at booking will generally be honored unless extra work or time is needed.
Health & Safety
- Hygiene Practices: Your health matters. We follow strict hygiene protocols—tools are thoroughly sanitized and single-use items are disposed of properly.
- Medical Conditions: If you have a medical condition (e.g., diabetes, fungal issues), please inform us before your service.
- Allergies: Please notify us of any known allergies or sensitivities. We are not liable for reactions that weren't disclosed beforehand.
Children & Guests
- As a private home-based studio, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests unless discussed in advance. We cannot guarantee their safety or accommodate extra seating.
Intellectual Property
- All content, including the name, logo, designs, and images on our website or social media, belong to Talon Tales and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
- By booking a service, you agree that Talon Tales is not liable for any indirect or unforeseen damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Changes to Terms
- These Terms may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website or provided upon request.
